THE FOUNDATION FOR THE CERTIFICATION OF COFFEE OF COLOMBIA, in compliance with what is defined in Law 1581 of 2012 and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, informs you that the personal data you provide will be processed through the use and maintenance of technical security measures , physical and administrative in order to prevent unauthorized third parties from accessing them. Its use is exclusive to officials of the Cafecert Foundation for Colombian coffee Certification activities, attending and formalizing the procedure requested here and sending the necessary information for the certification processes. The function of processing personal data will be in charge of La Fundacion Cafecert for any information related to your data, and the status of the same can be contacted at cafecert@fundacioncafecert.org
Any substantial change in the treatment policies will be communicated in a timely manner to the holders who rest in our databases through mass communication directed to the emails delivered to our company. The Cafecert Foundation is committed to respecting the rights of its clients, employees and third parties in general. Therefore, it adopts the following Personal Data Privacy Policy, which is mandatory for all activities that involve the processing of personal data.
