Complaints and appeals

CAFECERT, allows to ensure that the parties interested in the certification can file their complaints and appeals, which must be related to topics or activities that correspond to the authority of the Certification Body, with respect to its policies, its procedures, its decisions, its personal, arbitrary trials, non-compliance, conflict of interest, impartiality and breaches of confidentiality.
